What does UserVision do?

UserVision is a tech-driven market research firm that helps its clients gather key insights about their target audience’s needs. Currently, Uservision provides its clients qualitative insights powered by AI by engaging with the firm’s target audience. Clients (consumer brands) avail UserVision’s services to acquire key insights through in-depth research participant interviews, remote digital product/usability tests, and/or online surveys. UserVision currently services its clients in four areas:

Please provide a background of UserVision’s founder(s).

UserVision is founded by and is primarily run by Batukhan Taluy. Batukhan has had previous entrepreneurship experience and founded UserVision in 2018 and has worked with over 50 enterprise clients, including leading banks and insurance companies, ever since. He is responsible for all of UserVision’s operations and has also been instrumental in introducing several new approaches for marketing research which have been published in the Greenbook and the QRCA.

Apart from the founder, who else is part of the management team?

Apart from Batukhan, UserVision’s management team consists of Kagan Bozkurt. Kagan is primarily responsible for developing UserVision’s platform. Kagan has immense experience in this field and has also helped create other products such as ERPs and CRMs.

How is technology employed in UserVision’s current line of business?

UserVision has built a platform that allows enterprises to source and conduct in-depth interviews with their targeted audience on the platform. Features on the platform include:
